The process by which cardamom helps you reduce weight and belly fat is by working directly as well as indirectly. For this to be effective, cardamom water needs to be consumed. Cardamom water helps you to de-bloat , improves digestion, and improves stomach health by dealing with gut bacteria.

Cardamon has the active ingredient Melatonin which is effective in burning body fat by increasing body metabolism. As such it works directly to eliminate fats and help reduce excess body fat. It also reduces extra body water which is retained by the body.

The most effective way to consume cardamon is by drinking cardamom water. Here's how to do it. 
1. Break open the cardamom pods and extract the seeds from it.
2. Now put both the husk as well as the seeds in a glass of water.
3. Let the water with the cardamon husk and seeds stand overnight.
4. Drink the water the next morning, preferably on an empty stomach.
